Lounge Fly

2009 was an impressive first year for this explosive, female-fronted, six-piece from Gloucestershire. Debut E.P 'Seven Simple Sins' (released Jan 2009), and follow up E.P ‘Lap it Up’ (released Oct ’09) received excellent national press reviews and air play on over sixty radio stations including Planet Rock and BBC Introducing. The band were personally invited to play at prestigious Cambridge University May Ball, perform as support for InMe’s Dave Mcpherson, and appear at numerous small festivals around the UK. They also went through to the England National Final of the Global Battle of The Bands, performing at The Asylum in Birmingham in November.

2010 sees the band embarking on some exciting gigs the length and breadth of the UK, filming a second music video, competing in the regional final of Live & Unsigned, and writing and recording new material with plans to release their third E.P in the summer.
