Originally formed in the early 90’s, Too Hot have built a strong reputation through their tight, energetic live shows and a series of independently released EPs and albums.
The band have released 3 full albums; ‘Nice & Easy’ (2000), ‘Wise Up’ (2002) and ‘Time Flies’ (2006), with the two most recent being produced by Grammy award-winning, 2tone legend Roger Lomas.
Too Hot have been playing the local, regional, national and international Ska scene now for over ten years and have gained national recognition through appearances on the BBC programme ‘DIY SOS’.
The band have worked along side such greats as ‘The Selector’, ‘The Beat’, ‘Bad Manners’, ‘Buzzcocks’ and Specials Guitarist Mr. ‘RoddyRadiation’ who makes an appearance on the ‘Wise Up’ album.
After the success of their 2009 performance IVYLIVE are pleased to welcome back Too Hot to the main stage for this year’s festival. Judging by last years performance it is assured Too Hot will get the crowd dancing once again with their brand of upbeat, catchy Ska.
