Imperial Leisure - Playing IVYLIVE 2011
As promised, Team IVYLIVE has been working tirelessly to find a worthy replacement to fill a main stage vacancy left by Ben Howard, due to commitments in Europe.
It is with great pleasure that we can confirm Imperial Leisure to play on Saturday night before local hero Cosmo Jarvis sets the stage on fire for a blazing headline set by The King Blues.
Lauded by BBC Radio One DJs Zane Lowe and Colin Murray; Imperial Leisure are described by Kerrang Magazine as being “like a shot of serotonin” and “a breath of fresh air” for their crowd-pleasing blend of rock steady, punk and hip hop. Complete with live brass, decks and a full-on arsenal of catchy hooks, this London band will go down a storm.
