IVYLIVE performers redtrack sign new record deal to FANDANGO RECORDS

IVYLIVE performers Redtrack have just signed their first record deal with Fierce Panda imprint Label Fandango Records. The band, who are playing on the main stage at IVYLIVE on Saturday 11th September, will become the latest members of the Club Fandango/Fierce Panda family that has included such luminaries as The Maccabees, Art Brut, The Von Bondies and The Ravonettes.

The deal will see the 3-piece Essex indie-punkers release 3 singles and an album which is set to be released on the 2nd of August, 6 weeks before the opening night of IVYLIVE 2010.

With the band currently on tour across the UK and their first single on Label Fandango ‘Perfectly Fine Intellectual’ due to hit the shops on the 31st May, the Essex trio are certainly gaining recognition as one of the most exciting indie bands the UK has to offer.

If you cannot wait until September to catch Redtrack then why not go along to the free ‘Save BBC6 Music’ gig on May 4th in London, where the band are supporting headliners Ian McNabb and Goldheart Assembly.
