THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR APPLICATIONS FOR VOLUNTEERING THIS YEAR. WE CANNOT TAKE ANY MORE APPLICATIONS FOR STEWARDING. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HEAR FROM US IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS WITH MORE INFORMATION.

HOWEVER.......

There is still space on the site/clean up/catering teams. (To be on the staff catering team you will need to have catering experience and a food hygiene certificate) Please use getinvolved@ivylive.co.uk to contact us with as much information as possible about yourself/availability/skills. Thank you!

IVYLIVE would love to recruit people to help out in whatever way they wish in order to make the show more impressive and more personal than ever before.

Posters & Flyers

Help us distribute Posters and Flyers.  Coming soon, we will have posters for you to download and print too.

Join our Street Team

perhaps join our ‘Street Team’ and organise your friends into coming along to the festival with free ticket perks when you sell a group ticket. 

Use Social Media

use the IVYLIVE website Facebook/Myspace/Twitter links to recommend our pages/groups to friends.

Get Stuck In

Get stuck-in on the day as a ‘Half-Day Steward’ in return for enjoying the festival for free along with a host of other staff perks like free food/drinks and a limited edition staff T-shirt.

or, if you’re more of a ‘hands-on’ type and wish to earn your free ticket by helping to put the festival site together and with the site clearance when its all over you can apply to be part of our Site Team.
