GET INVOLVED with IVYLIVE 2011

IVYLIVE would love to recruit a team of people to help us in our aim of making the festival more impressive and more personal than ever before.  Everyone has something to offer, but if you are a festival veteran your experience is especially welcome.

Get involved with IVYLIVE 2011 and experience a music festival from the inside.  Here are some ways in which you may want to get onboard with IVYLIVE:

Posters & Flyers

Help us distribute Posters and Flyers.  Coming soon, we will have posters for you to download and print too.

Join our Street Team

Perhaps join our ‘Street Team’ and organise your friends into coming along to the festival with free ticket perks when you sell a group ticket.  Let us know what you are planning at getinvolved@ivylive.co.uk be sure to leave us your contact details including a phone number. 

Use Social Media

Use the IVYLIVE Facebook / Myspace / Twitter links on the IVYLIVE website to recommend our pages and groups to your friends.

Make it all happen on the day

We are looking for a team of stewards whose job will be to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable festival.  This involves everything from ticketing and merchandising through to helping run the campsites and car parks.  Stewards must be over 16 at the start of the festival and be able to work a total of fifteen hours over the three days.  In return you will get free entry to the festival, camping, meals whilst on duty and a unique IVYLIVE staff t-shirt.

Be part of our site team

If you’re more of a ‘hands-on’ type and wish to earn your free ticket by helping to put the festival site together and with the site clearance when its all over, you can apply to be part of the Site Team by contacting getinvolved@ivylive.co.uk (leave your contact details including a phone number).
